Joinery & Carpentry: Custom-built vanity units and tailored joinery to maximise space and deliver a seamless, high-end finish.

Tiling: Full wall and floor tiling with precision alignment and full waterproofing.

Electrics: Installation of lighting, shaver sockets, and extractor fans to meet current electrical safety standards.

Plastering & Decorating: Surface finishing throughout, including plastering, priming, and painting for a clean, modern appearance.

The Process

1. Design & Planning

Working closely with the client, we developed a design and build schedule that maximised available space while ensuring practical, elegant results.
Detailed planning and sequencing allowed both rooms to be completed on time and to specification.

2. First Fix

Installed all concealed pipework and electrical feeds using Geberit Mapress copper fittings.
Built bespoke support structures for wall-hung WCs, basins, and vanity units.

3. Second Fix & Installation

Installed baths, showers, wall-hung toilets, basins, and custom vanity units.
Completed wall and floor tiling with precision grouting and silicone sealing for watertight finishes.
Installed lighting, mirrors, and accessories to specification.
Completed plastering, painting, and final detailing for a polished, professional result.
