Geberit Mepla multilayer pipework for all heating, hot/cold water & UFH circuits
UFH across all floors, connected to zoned manifolds
Dual foul & surface water sump systems in basement

ASHP pipe routes and boiler flues

3️⃣ Second Fix & Commissioning — Bring the System to Life
We installed and commissioned:
Two high-efficiency gas boilers
A modern air source heat pump integrated via hybrid controls
Two unvented cylinders + dual accumulators for stable pressure
Radiators and UFH manifolds
