Working with the M&E consultant, we produced:

• Heating + hot water load calculations

• Pressure and flow rate calculations

• Pipe sizing and material selection

• Plantroom design and layout plans

• Zoning strategy for UFH and radiators

• Drainage design for basement protection

Goal: Maximum performance, minimum energy waste, and long-term serviceability.

2️⃣ First Fix — Building the Infrastructure

• Installed Geberit Mapress copper pipework throughout

• Laid Maincor UFH loops prior to screeding

• Installed TracPipe stainless-steel gas system for both boilers

• First-fix for four luxury bathrooms

• Installed dual foul + surface water sump systems with alarms

This stage built the backbone of the home’s entire mechanical system — designed for power, efficiency, and durability.

3️⃣ Second Fix & Commissioning — Bringing the System to Life

We connected and commissioned:

• Two Remeha Quinta Pro 65 kW boilers

• Two Oso Powercyl 300L unvented cylinders

• Duty Point Scuba Tank for pressure management

• Cast iron radiators across upper floors

• Four luxury bathrooms with concealed plumbing

• All UFH manifolds + thermostatic control

All systems were then:

• Pressure tested

• Flushed

• Balanced

• Fully documented

• Handover completed
